What is Coaching?
Coaching is a space for conversation and partnership within deep respect, open acceptance, care and creativity, in which, by means of deep listening, challenging of beliefs and experimentation of diverse points of view, we achieve transformational learning. In so doing we deepen our comprehension of ourselves, of new resources, and of those aspects we wish to leave behind, as well as those we want to incorporate into our lives in order to amplify our possibilities to be and act in the world.

Talking to build, that is the invitation.
How does this process work?
It is a conversational process, in which the coachee, that is, the client, is the protagonist. The coachee is the one that defines what he or she needs or wants to achieve, and how to work it all out. We are talking about a decision-making process, as well as one of experimentation in a safe and trustworthy environment. The coach is a facilitator that accompanies the coachee in this process: listening, researching, offering points of view and also challenging, that is, enabling a space for knowledge and creativity to take place, so as to allow the coachee to fully deploy his/her abilities.
Who is the target audience?
Anyone, adolescents, adults and seniors, wanted to make a change in their lives, to design their future, or to reach new goals and/or confront a challenge.
