
Bachelor’s in Psychology degree from the Catholic University of Chile; Master’s degree in Organizational Social Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, professional and ontological coach. She has held posts involving people development for important corporations and educational institutions in Chile. She has ample experience in process and people consulting for companies as well as consulting and research assignments in developing models and policies in the area of training for the world of work, advising educational institutions and organizations involved in the world of education, the Department of Education, and international organizations.
For more than ten years she has been a coach, working closely with executives of both genders as well as leaders in diverse trades (health, retail, politics, academia, finance, mining) in the development of their competencies and in the design of personal and professional projects. Additionally, she has, in tandem with her professional activities, been a college professor including graduate school, having taught in the Master’s in Human Resources Program at the Autonomous University of Barcelona as well as at the School of Business’ Leadership Development Center at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, among others. She is a consultant associated with KAM Chile and a podcast content developer for Revolución Network.
